hey, did you hear john 5 play? what about them over-the-nut bends? also check out jerry donahue - you can do fuck around with pitch without trem!

He's a great player, I'm not into the music he makes but the guy just breathes enthusiam for guitar and I really respect that.

More people need to realise it's about having fun.

yar, but you can do behind the nut bends if you have a trem too.

And what mike said was right. John 5 is great, if for extra-musical reasons.

Also, not many people who get signature guitars from Fender and Squier go off and make a video like this of the Squier.
On their own. At home

It's stuff like that which makes me really like him. What a top guy.

Finishes off with a shot of the dog licking it's bollocks, just like everybody else on youtube does.

It's like he hasn't caught on that he's a rockstar and that he's supposed to be a dickhead or something.

I reckon that if I could take lessons off one person in the world, it'd be John 5. He's probably the only person I can think of whose musical roots would interest me.

In a world of endorsements that mean nothing but big fat payola, the simple fact he made a demo like any other person would do is fucking stupendous.

Yep. B/W/B guard would do it right. Chrome hardware on a black on black guitar looks hawt.

A Black guard would look good on it especially with the binding, I think the chrome guard looks tacky tbh
Other than that i love it

I'm still waiting for a squier...
Jazzmaster, XII, Bass VI, Coronado II.
But hey we all can dream right?

I love how much John 5 appreciates his signature gear and actually plays it...
Some artists don't even acknowledge they're signature models...

Endsjustifymeans, It'd be cool if you put a Fender WRHB in the bridge of that, keep neck pup though.
