+1

Dearmond Jetstar
(pictured below is a Jetstar special w/ reg buckers and bolt-on) but the set neck ones with the GoldTone are still fairly available at fairly reasonable prices, if one is patient enough.

I don't know too many people who are luck enough to find a guitar that suits them that well. I read that and could hear the sound in me head... nice one

Oh yes. When I saw them last year he played this and it was the greatest sounding guitar i've ever heard. Want one (plus a Hiwatt amp to go with it).

Few more I dug out....these are dream guitars in the sense that I'm not paying top dollar for them, even if I could, but if one was at a goodwill/craigslist/yardsale/pawn shop for cheap I would do it without thinking twice.

Image
Black on Black Coronado. I'm sure I'll eventually have one of these, maybe not in black, as I like the more common sunburst near equally, and would be likely to buy the first good cheap one I see.

Image
Vox Cheetah, as played by Anton Newcombe.

Image
Goya Rangemaster. I didn't even know they came in this color until I just googled it, but this would be the one. Considering the spotty controls and all I'm doubtful that one of these would ever happen, but hey, this is a thread for dream guitars.

Image
Casio DG20 - I'd love one of these to dick around with. Yeah it doesn't look right in this post I know.

Image
Kustom K200A.

Image
Ural 510G soviet bass. These come up for cheap on ebay....it's a shame they're said to be so crap and cheaply built....I'm sure there's a few solid examples of these out there though, and if I ever find one, it'll be mine.

i do have the dough... eesh. im worried that this is a genuine consideration for me. i think id have to sell the 66 mustang and the 91 lp special to make it worthwhile.
