i finished up your guard using my psudo table router jobby thing, it looks decent.
photobucket is doing matenence at the moment tho... so pics in a few hours, depending on wheather or nto photobucket wants to work properly.
took a nice long nap and photobucket is working properly now so here are the pics'
this is not a joint! i got a pouch of rolling tabbacco for free and i was like " hell yeah, this is what i will use to smoke robs neck!"
and all my years of being a devout pot head finally paid off when i rolled up this beast in about 2 mins
its probly about 12 ciggarettes or more rolled all into one big hog leg.
as of right now it is dong its job, and i will probly roll about 4 or 5 more depending on how much i have left.

i grabbed my digi calipers and measure from the inside of the bucker route to the outside of the guard that is where the bridge goes.
and on the treble side is 17.06
and on the bass side its 17.83
so it is in fact almost a full mm off, i looked at it up close and could not tell at all, it wasn;t until i actually put it on the floor and stepped back a few feet that i started to be able to tell.
i'll cut another one, this time i'll measure it out, eitherway you will get two guards out of the deal, its not bad enough to throw away, but i won't be able to ever sell it for anything else so in a way you have an "oh shit" guard, like if anything ever happens to the other one, then you will have sort of an imperfect replacement handy at all times.

actually it was human error more than anything, granted my roughter was tilted but it was human error.
i was lazy and did not establish a center line to work from.
i could pull off another one in about 30 mins, i just have to clean up some more of the overall mess from the flooding.
its insane how nasty sawdust gets when it soaks in water

hey bub, i got my camera working a bit, turns out it was full and im just too much of a choad to relize it
i stupidley already put it in an envelope with the other one, its done, and its ace, all measure out and all that jazz, i just hope that there is enough space between the bridge area and the neck area, but im fairly confident that there will be.
you want me to send this out on its own or with the neck and jazzbass?

actually i forgot to pm you about it but i sent the bass and the pg today, so they will be at your place by friday.
the neck on the other hand, im being a lil bit lazy about it. i wait and wait until the perfect day to spray, then let it dry and level sand it really quick and then i wait until its good enough to spray again, currently it is snowing outside.
not kosher or spraying, so it looks like i will be spraying in the house again, which is INCREDIBLE dangerouse and hazardous to my health, but its all for the lulz~!
