Just got it yesterday, 100% original! neck dated '66, pickups, pots dated '67. Came with a Vintage 60's Fender case, not a Mustang case tho. Plays and sounds excellent! Just thought i'd share some pics...

oh wow, that looks amazing. the only way it could be better is if it were blue.

Actually, It was a Buy-It-Now on ebay!! When i saw the price, i jumped on it like flies on shit. The title was misspelled, not a very good desription either, but i knew i had to buy it anyway. and i scored!

ok the guy had access to the internet and could've easily researched info and pricing on that guitar. it's his fault for being an idiot.

He couldn't even read the Fender on the headstock? I'm not buying it - that guitar is stolen.

Nice dood. I love the old red ones. My 65 was originally red but someone refined it blue.
