Glad you got it alright.

Your Mustang would be much prettier with some black or white solid robroe colours. The current ones are heinous.

I have to say sticking it next to a Mustang does the Mercury no favours in my opinion.

Yeah, but look at your face.

It doesn't really matter what you like, does it?

Thanks. Much better. I actually think the covers look way better in that picture. Did you paint them or some how find matched ones?

mucury's are cool, the colors not my favorite, or that color with a maple neck. Hope you like it though.

If you were really bothered I guess you could clearcoat them? or use a varnish?

Either way they look way better than in the first picture, where I thought they weren't solid covers and that they had the polepieces showing through.
Is the Mustang a RI or a Vintage?

Aye. I'd much rather see it in another colour, with a rosewood board.

It's hard to tell by the pic but the merc is a coral red/kinda pinkish almost. My wife says it's the coolest color guitar she's ever seen.WTF does she know...It does look good with the maple IRL.

I'm glad we banned Aug, ever since he got the boot it seems like he's doing work, instead of insulting our forum members. I read re-ranch and somebody over there got two new Jag bodies from NOHO.

I didn't realise he was banned, I'd assumed he'd went into exile again.

No,apparently the covers are shite and the paint would not lay right on them,I cleaned the paint off and repainted but they came out the same.
