Its nice to see people sticking by their guns in this thread.
My Jag has always had 10's on it and anyone who was at the uk ss meet will confirm it plays great i'm sure, in fact the action is that low i remember James commenting something like "you only have to look at the neck then think of a chord and it plays it".
Someone said people use heavy gauge strings to help remedy set up problems and i totally agree with that, like the Mustang bridge... it is either lack of time or lazyness to learn how to set the guitar up to your liking.
The Jag is very responsive in a personal way, treat it like shit and it will play like shit. It takes some tweaking to get it right.
I never got all that Traditional wound G malarky either, what's that all about? :roll:
