Bax sell it under the Innox brand for a five or something more. Not sure about shipping. This took just over a week to arrive

Kinda similar setups?

The Grand Magus is a Rat copy supposedly. Sounds good stacked with the Heavy Metal.

Listening to a demo now; sounds way less "angry mids" than a RAT

Just found this an all:

Aye I see what you mean but that channel is shit at demoing anything. Maybe its based on it? Source

I owned a Cinders from the same range and thats apparently based on a Blues Driver but sounded way different when I compared them.

Scored a cheap Marshall vertical 2x12 from FB marketplace today - absolutely mint. The 70/80 speakers are a bit brittle and spikey in the highs but considering how pristine it is I’m not sure they are even broken in. Anyway, guitar corner is looking good!

Yeah and there are 3 versions now it seems. Mine is the cheapest, the MX, then there’s ones that came out with the Origin amps and also the Studio ones that are the most expensive.

Interesting.
Q1. Does that PSU power all three pedals and if so what is it?
Q2. Do you just use the M5 for just one or two things and if so what?

Yep, it's the Johnny Shredfreak one. I think I have a spare somwhere too.

M5 usually gets used for Bi-Phase for Siamse Dream tones. But I like to get lost in it too, particularly the reverb, mod and delays.

Hello folks, made a few new nice little acquisitions recently and thought of you lot.

Notable bits since last gear update for me:

1) Got a Danielectro 66BT Baritone, someone was selling one basically new near me so no brainer. It's fucking ace, sounds good with distortion, I think the real story is making spooky noises, radiohead sondz and low down pretty stuff.

2) Got a D'Angelico Premier Singlecut, also local sale, also fucking ace. It's the best set up guitar I have ever played next to the PLEK'd Strat I've owned and posted about on here for years. It's nicer set up than all the Gibsons I've played, lots of Fender Custom Shop stuff etc. it's really fucking good. It's an 800 dollar guitar new, so I was absolutely surprised when I drove to Castro Valley to grab it from an OfferUp thing and it was that good.

3) Got a Headrush FRFR12 about a year ago and I'm never going back to only non-modeling again. It's so loud and useful and the clean tone is really nice because it's like a gajillion watts and my Helix LT has a really faithful JC-120 model. You can run two in stereo from the pedal and then chain them indefinitely so I think if I ever play live again I'm just gonna get another one of these cos they're like 350 bucks.

4) Got a HOG2, not much to say that hasn't been. With the Baritone it sounds insane and I'm basically trying to figure out riffs for an band that sees me as the only stringed instrument playing a Baritone through a HOG2 and a fuzz pedal, maybe screaming unintelligibly into a microphone.

5) I have a hobby room cos we moved and I've been doing some recording!!!! Now I'm settled in I can record the Helix PC program, and audio, plus webcam into OBS and do a semi-professional looking Youtube demo, so I'll try and do some recording of the different sondz I make here. I know I say a lot that I'm gonna make a demo and I always try to get down to making one, realize I either don't have the shit to do it well, do have the shit and it's in a box, or do have the shit to do a decent recording but then I get frustrated because of monitoring latency through Ableton 10 is shitty. Now all of those excuses are invalid :)
