When you press the accelerator past halfway it doesn’t actually go any faster, but the engine noise distorts

Doesn't matter, it was ignored anyway. Thanks for totally modding it though.

No problem, it'll get put up, sometimes the mods take a week or two or three...

Is the new software going to handle banners?

I think it depends what "style" you choose in the Board Preferences at the moment. I get banners with "Rock n Roll" and "Mock n Roll" but not the others.

Banners are coming back, but they may take some time. The old code was setup like a traditional, static web page whereas the new version relies on style sheets. The programmers intentionally meant for aesthetics to be preset by the style designers, so junkbox has to hack something together in order to enable probably my favorite feature of the old forum: showcasing member artwork.

Ah, is what I’m seeing not a banner then? Looks like some a drawing of a guy with a Flying V and a mic stand superimposed over a crowd shot at a gig? Says Shortscale.org on it.

the YOUR LOGO HERE with the guy and a guitar are an image (banner), but the way those are called up in the new code is different. so configuring a way to quickly rotate those images like it was before will require some overhead.

the ShortScale.org Since 2006 bit is just text that can be configured easily on the backend, however, as it's just plain text.
