Do like alot.

It is damn good, the tremolo Swell at beggining of Destruct_o_ is fun as hell.
You doing Vox or whats up?

Word Virus is great. The chorus rocks the shit.

Aside: When alot of UK or Scots sing you can't really hear their accents, and on these tracks you can hear the vocalist's accent, small little thing but I think it gives the tracks alot of character, it doesn't feel as sterile... that may sound dumb but I like it.

Fantastic stuff.

Word virus was especially good.

Word Virus is really brilliant! I prefer Destructo to when I first heard it when you posted it in the Diary Thread too. Awesome stuff.

Love it. 'Know you exist' is menacing. Dont take it offensive but it reminded me a bit of Interpol at their best, 'Slow Hands'...
'Word Virus', more radio friendly i think. 'Destruct O', love the guitar boosts and how the song breaks down towards the end before picking back up.
All good stuff.
Impressed as ever mate.

Is that the Fulltone on these recordings? Which guitar?

um... let me think... word virus is all coronado, TS-5 on the verses, fulltone overdub on the choruses, duo sonic w/ big muff overdubbed on the middle 8, scratchy bits on the breakdown are duo / fuzz factory.

destructo is all duo sonic / fulltone to varying degrees apart from the intro (TS-5 through a ring mod).

know you exist is coronado for the intro, duo sonic / TS-5 on the verses with fulltone overdubs for the louder bits, doubled with a big muff and fuzz factory at points later on.

Thanks folks, appreciate the kind words, i was pacing the house last night going "it's SHIT, it's fucking RUBBISH" and had to slap myself a bit.

Meant to say, the cds will be an edition of 200 with hand made felt sleeves, wax sealed, with fold out inserts coloured by our fair hands. They'll be pure snazzy.

Nice wee blog preview today: http://tinyurl.com/4kc2phk

Far from rubbish mate, its mint.
You sound like John, he is so self critical at times i have to have a word with him. Personally i always appreciate my own recordings more once the fuss dies down and i can actually listen to it as a song rather than whincing at my own lead lines or debating i should have used a different pedal for that part.

Nice preview by the way, i read it on Gavvies FB page earlier.

Put me down for a cd as well.

i really love these tracks, i love the drummer's style a lot, could be labeled as this or that but to me it has lots of elements of music i like executed very well and mature not the 'hit formula writing' but songs that come to be from better reasons to write songs anyway, love the energy, sadness, darkness, i'm not going to compare to other bands, i could say chameleons, jd but also not, but comparing to other bands sucks, love the accent in the singing, and i can defo hear inspirations from bands i also love but sounds unique enough to not get boring, this is not just babble, i wanted to take my time to listen a few times, if you played anywhere near i'd go and take friends and say 'that's a fucking shortscale band and i'm a total retard groupie and also... admit they are good'
