Presonus Firepod Supply

Post by Rushkoff »

Many moons ago I purchased my Firepod off of fleabay. The seller included the original power supply which had many come away at several places and electrical taped back up (he neglected to mention this fact...). A few weeks ago the power supply finally gave in and I'm desperate to get a new one! My problem is that Presonus has discontinued the power supplies via their webstore.

The official supply has on the back :

INPUT : 120VAC 60Hz 0.4A
OUTPUT : 15VAC 2000mA

I came across THIS and I see they have a 15VAC @ 2000mA adaptor there but I just wanted to ask if this would be compatible with the Firepod? Just thought I'd question before buying! Thanks in advance.

Turns out it would cost me over $100 dollars to have the adaptor imported due to UPS. Does anyone know where I might be able to come across one of these? They seem somewhat rare :(

Presumably as you're in the UK you want a 230v-240v input?
