Traynor YGL-3 Mk3 £70 worth it?

saw in a local rag a chap was selling the above dates to around 1970.

worth a punt ?


currently scouring info on them it may be a bargain.

80W valve 2x12 combo? If it's in working order, great bargain and a quick Google shows some folks swear by them

Valve driven reverb and tremolo.....I'd say that was an absolute steal. Even if you don't get on with it, and while I don't really agree with trying to make profit from flipping musical instruments, if you ebay it you're likely gonna get WAY more than that.

It's a lovely amp in pristine condition for it's age (1979 I think). Superb clean tone and uber-loud. Haven't managed to persuade it to break up into any significant crunch though.

Man this thing weighs a ton!
