Any thoughts? I've heard tons of good things about them. How are the stock tubes? any recommendations on better tubes/speaker etc to make it sound better?

My bandmate plays one and we really like the sound he gets out of it, stock.
Can't go wrong for the price!

Please report when you got it!

I had a V55HD, it was Mike's and now Boab's, it was a great amp for the price - lovely clean tones, not so great drive though.

I played one at guitar center a few years ago and was really impressed by it. I would totally rock one of those. I bet with some new tubes and a new speaker it would sound even better too.

I've never actually came across a Bugera amp in person, however I've been very interested in their clones of the Matchless DC-30 and the Mesa MkIV.

Whats the build quality like on these?

The 7 stringer? It's def not a high end guitar but i love that thing. Its simple, sounds good once you ditch the stock pups. Once i get the amp i'll try and set up some mics so i can get some samples.

I've watched a lot of demos and reviews of the TriRec (Mesa Triple Rec clone) and for only $799 new it sounds amazing.

go it. its completely bad ass. cant wait until i can really crank it up. how well would getting some type of OD (tubescreamer/maxon) work for driving the tubes on the gain channel? Its what my bandmate does on his 6505+ (even thought he amp is a gain beast to begin with) and it makes it sound more crisp. Id like to try pushing it to see if i can get some heavier tones out of it, without it sounding like a wet tuna fish sandwich or a turtle shitting on a pillow.
