I absolutely love the blue one. If it was a custom with the standard tele bridge rather than a deluxe I think I'd be giving some serious consideration to picking one up if they hit the UK.

I said I'd buy one if they did a 72 Custom version, but I didn't realise the standard 72 Custom has an rrp of £750. Fuck that. There are countless guitars better than a good MIM Fender for that price.

Jeebus - we've hit the stage where we're paying more in pounds than the US does in dollars. Holyshit.

But still, I can't help wondering if one of these would fit on the sparklepisscaster (hate the standard bridge - and the pickups, now I think about it).

EDIT: DURRBRAIN - TOO MANY SCREWHOLES.

That'd work !! Just need to re-drill for four holes and maybe plug the originals.

I do hate strat style bridges.

I dont have an issue with the bridge on the Deluxe, although i suppose there is a sonic argument it should have a proper Tele bridge.
Not so fond of the PISSSSSCASTER, i think i'd go for the blue one.

Has anyone seen a standard white background pic of the Aqua one?

There was a similar guitar on ebay UK recently in red sparkle, but possibly a refinish. The wording is a bit confusing but it might have been one of the FSR colors.

I saw an Aqua Flake in a local guitar store today. In person it looked even better than I thought. The back contour is pretty big but I wonder if it will feel weird having that but no forearm contour. The ticket claimed an rrp of £949 and their price was £699, I'm pretty sure that's an outright lie and the rrp was at most £749.
