Why? Fender already reissued them and stuck their sticker on the headstock.

I've been contemplating unloading a silver Super-Sonic for a while now... seems like they still command a decent price.

With a HSC to boot. Wow I hope someone from here got that deal... seller must've had a brain fart or something to sell it that low.

I didn't pick that one up. But I've got a black SS en route this week. Looking to cash out from a series of trade. I can include a one piece pickguard (delete control plate)... in white, black or tort.

That's what mine will look like if I can get the wiring sorted out.

What pots are in a Super-sonic?

I'd imagine they are 500K. Should be stamped on the back of your pots.

Wait a minute, wadeaminute will tell ya. Him and his infinite knowledge of the SS. He's got a different SS for each day of the week.

To the rescue!
Humbuckers should be 500k.
I just checked my pile of Super-Sonic parts, and they are indeed stamped 500K.
...and I don't have one for EVERY day of the week. I still need a Sunday.

It was $320 with two hours left: sold for $680. Boom.
