Deal on a '65 ES 335...and Sam Ash's new vintage strategy

Post by Doug »

Today at the Tampa Sam Ash shop (a huge shop) guitar sales clerks Michael Walley and Marco explained that Sam Ash has made it a national strategy to become recognized for selling good vintage gear at reasonable prices.

They showed me a nice 1965 Les Paul Jr. The first one I've played and it was set up beautifully and sounded so good. I want... Then they showed me a 1965 ES335 in great condition which played beautifully and sounded wonderful both clean and with distortion. Here's the best part: to showcase the new vintage strategy, they've discounted the 335 from somethin over $6000 to $4,499 ( I believe this is the correct-to-the-dollar price).

I'm sure they'll send a link to see these if anyone's interested: [email protected]

I don't get anything outa this...they were helpful to me, and if one of you gets a really good deal here, I'd feel good about that.

Cheers,
Doug
