Jaguar Lead circuit passing signal

Don't think I posted this here - if I did mod can delete this:
My new build Jaguar is a go but when I hit the off position on the pickup selector switches on the 3 switch plate I can hear some signal sneaking its way thru. All the grounds are good. All the wiring is correct and it all works except for that one stinkin' little issue. I am starting to think bad switch. They were a new buy but I guess anything can happen
