Paint is done! Custom shielding plates Cooter made are in. Sticking with the squier Venus pickups for now. Maybe I’ll get some novaks down the line. Still need to get some pickguard screws, selector knob and wire it up but it’s almost done. Stoked to finally have a matching Maverick and Xii after 10 long years of building these two guitars.

Although I'm a bit put out that this is finally done. I feel like it should be perpetually in progress, even in just a very superficial way like a toggle cap not being installed or something.
