Just black paint with satin clear instead of gloss. :D

Got it wetsanded and wired up today. I need more parts still, but progress! I ended up using the mini toggle to bypass the tone and volume or use the 500k pots.

Long time but I finally ordered tuners and a nut so I can get this one finished. LOL I will likely take another shot at my satin to make sure I dig it. Been wussing out at the idea of drilling the neck. I have done one before, but I always get nervous....

Had forgotten about this one (you build lots of guitars).

I stand by my initial assessment though:

Done! Sounds great.Only thing I want to do maybe is file the bridge a little so strings don't want to pop out as easily. :) Tuners installed fine as well as the nut and such. Took me awhile to adjust the neck and make sure it was straight when I drilled the mounting holes. (One of my least favorite things to do... LOL) It turned out great though so no problem there.

It turned out beautiful. I really love the finish. Have you considered Bronco knobs on there?

I'm sure someone on here found a source last year and bought loads of them. Try the classifieds Chris.
