lacquer?

Post by Johno »

Anybody know where i can get some & what type? I need it for my jazzmaster body, I think the guy i bought it from had removed some stickers with thinners..... there are still some gunk left on there even now. Anyway i'd like to get it looking its best as at the moment the finish is very dull.

I would look on the Reranch site. They have good UK specific info, but you might have to poke around.

grizzley has some, and woodcrafters out of indy has some on thier website.
make sure it is laquer for stringewd instruments. and not just furniture laquer or something it is a waste of money and it will turn out like b-spot, just a stain on society. a godamn awful thing if you ask me.
