new BLACK INTERNATIONAL album out nowwwwww

Post by stewart »

hello. my latest money-haemorrhaging adventure is now available to stream or buy in lots of physical packages or digitally On Line, via this Web Site: http://blackinternational.bandcamp.com/music

Image

descriptors from press, various:

"Deliciously self-aware, the record forces its fingers around the throats of our preconceptions, at least temporarily quenching the thirst for that much-needed full-blown punk rock revival." -the Skinny

"a sharply peotic mixture of visceral music and vivid lyrics" -Clash

"Black International are a powerful, intelligent new species of band that we’ll likely be bowing down to for a long time once they take over the planet, and that’s absolutely fine with me." -State Magazine

here are a couple of videos:

hope you guys like it, happy to hear any opinions, feedback, etc.

i'm doing a track by track thing for echoes & dust which has a few technical snippets but if for some reason anyone's interested in specific sounds/gear or anything feel free to poke me.

Got a couple of out-of-copyright scans from the British Library, they were remarkably speedy.

Haha, you'll have a mortgage and a whole host of regrets by the time the third one's finished.

I ordered it the other night, I was swayed by the fantastic artwork and I want the print on my wall. Plus I was wearing my old BI wolf t-shirt.

It's a proper good album too, I love the quiet instrumental parts loads. Well done folks.
