Neck lables

How does everybody get their neck labels? Do you have them printed somewhere. What do you use to design them? Can you print them yourself? If so, How? Please help.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply. That's gonna be a huge help. Listened to Crusher by the way and really like the sound.
