Happy 11th birthday MBM Saltbooster

Post by Progrockabuse »

So as I turn 34 in a few weeks, my saltbooster serial number 2 turns 11.

Since getting my marshall, I've rediscovered my love for my saltbooster, especially slamming the front end of a klone with it for epic tonez.
It's still in great working order and apart from my blue strat, the only other thing I've never sold or traded.

Where are the original ones now? Do you still use it? Have you re-discovered it again?

Still got mine! Think mine was no.9, or maybe 11. It’s generally in rotation with my SHO. Does sound great with a Marshall!

I see you have that Donner mini wah that popped up when I asked Amazon to show me mini pedals. How do you find it?

It's pretty good, sounds way better than my dunlops I used to have. The smaller form factor takes some getting used to, but once you adjust its fine. This does volume and wah and it's an active volume so I'm guess it acts as a buffer too. Very smooth. I got it for £24.50 shipped on a best offer on eBay. Welcome to try it if your around these parts
