Yep, I keep it with the tone rolled off a bit (more) to goose octave fuzzes.

Can't believe this hasn't been mentioned yet, but you should probably just buy the baja one.

Sadly the Jazzmaster has been returned - there was a rather loud clunk while playing it and then I couldn't get the bloody thing in tune on further inspection the screw for tightening the trem spring was stripped and the washer that holds the spring in place was also gubbed... totally gutted

Not sure, the shop is being a bit arsey I had to post it back (due to Covid) even though I bought it in the shop. So at this moment I'm waiting on a refund. They got the guitar back on Tuesday and I haven't heard anything yet, the guy on the phone said the refund can take up to 14 days.

That sucks. Pretty terrible customer service even taking COVID into account.

Aye, pretty shite. Also as I know i don't like the sunburst as much on the other two they had in stock I'm not going to be as happy if I do go for a replacement from them. And I'll be taking a chance ordering on line.

:(

Ah man, that sucksssss.

Obviously the ship has since sailed, but the Squier tailpieces are pretty much identical (if not 100%) to those import aftermarket units you can get for £30; I would've demanded a slight partial refund and picked up the part.

Kenny's, I was pretty taken back by their attitude so I phoned them today to complain and the girl I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful... which is what I expected in the first place. I've bought quite a few guitars from kennys and never had a problem till last week.

Is it too late to correct your mistake and buy a Jaguar?

Man, when that was sound control, it was like a wet dream for me as a yoof!

Glad you’re getting it back, especially as you’d bonded with it. Good outcome.
