I’ll restate my comment on the vid here (self-indulgent prick that I am) and say that while I don’t need a FOURTH distortion on my pedal board, Shad did give me a Behringer HM300, and I think I want that CHAINSAW more.

Been there done that!

Plastics as strong as shit!
Aye, it was a callback. Was hoping you'd do it again.

A game of conkers, but with pedals.

Haha thought as much!
Just looked up that video and it's at 46k views ...which is fucking insane to think that many people have seen what a fucking scruffy lunatic I was at that point in my life(I still am I just try and hide it better)

I would maybe like to do another video like that...but have long since lost the monkey.

Jeez. Think I'll be giving that a swerve then.

Had heard from behind the scenes (but was sworn to secrecy) about the price. Was actually expecting it to be more, frankly.

It no longer comes up on the Andertons site when you do a search, although the page is still there. GAK have now changed the price to TBC (it was £312 earlier).

Wonder if they've jumped the gun a bit?

I mean... you'd pay similar amount from an established boutique builder using the magic voodoo feather parts; there's mkII Tone Benders on Macari's site going for more than that

http://www.macaris.co.uk/colorsound/mk-ii-tone-benders

Still not gonna buy one, mind

The price clearly hasn't put everyone off...

I wonder how many of those purchases were just to flip at inflated prices?

Can someone explain why these are priced so expensively? Or at least their take on it - genuine question. Not trying to make a point, I just don't understand. Is it a demand thing or a components thing or something else? What makes this the most expensive Boss compact pedal, and twice as much as other Waza pedals?

Greed

There is nothing special or complex about the circuit or getting any of the parts including the transistors which can still be found in NOS form and tested to get the correct gain ratios

I keep saying Ghost Effects (Ian) is your man for this stuff

I thought we were past the boutique mojo feathers phase now

If there is a cork to be sniffed, someone will do it. I don’t think that will change.
