I did a thing a long time ago

Post by kingkiller »

Back before I lived in the house I'm in now (for another week at least until I MOVE) I had a closet that had enough space for me to sit in and record some tracks. Inspiration struck and I recorded a four track demo/EP/whatever you want to call it. I've just uploaded the first of the four to Bandcamp, the rest will go up tomorrow evening as a full "album".

Thanks you guys, the atmospheric thing was my intention. Being someone who usually plays “heavy music, I remember feeling strange when I was writing the songs. The full EP is up now, if you would like to listen to the other three songs.

Very melodic stuff, King. Together with the simplistic cover it reminds me that good music comes from our feelings and not from bars, chords, scales and equipment

But teh tonez is in your fingers!

Good stuff reminds me of my old band’s guitarist’s stuff. Check out Halls of the Machine if you’re curious. I think they’re on SoundCloud and Spotify.

Cool man. Felt pretty score/soundtracky to me. I was imagining the first one you posted with a big reverb-y kick, and some synth pads.
