Sounds good but this is a DMM in name and looks only - that’ll be DSP based without BBD chips

Not that there is anything wrong with that of course

According to the website, it's absolutely a BBD-based analog circuit.

All analogue, no idea what BBD chips are used but I would imagine surface mount. EHX say it's quieter than the XO enclosure so there's some upgraded circuitry going on.
If it wasn't for my JAM Delay Llama Xtreme I'd be all over one of these

Hahaha.

Probably struggling to decide which is worse: buffered bypass or political correctness.

Fair enough I guess a company as large as EHX could drive demand for new surface mount BBDs as insane as that is to grasp

I knew the tails would start freaking people out - guitarists always fear that stuff

Pretty sure I had a tails function on my Dano Wasabi delay some fifteen years ago.

Which, fair enough, is 45 years away from becoming accepted by the majority of guitarists.

Designed by the same guy who made the Memory Man, made by Xvive. Has been out for several years.

Too bad it doesn't have a knob for the modulation rate.

When you press the accelerator past halfway it doesn’t actually go any faster, but the engine noise distorts

FR, that's one reason I've steered clear of DMM-style circuits; I want wobble control, damnit

I'd be curious to know if the blend goes full wet and delay goes low enough to kinda make this a standalone vibrato...

So close; 30ms is definitely enough for it to feel like latency

What's the riff at 1:48, or at least what is it trying to recreate? In my head, the "original" is more swung, rather than straight 8ths. It's driving me nuts. Is it the Smiths or something?

I was wondering if U2 were trying to figure it out. It’s on the Edge of my tongue. I hope we don’t suffer not being able to figure it out before Sunday (bloody, Sunday)

lol ffs

The Richard Cheese version popped-up on my Spotify just the other day; I was reflecting on how tasteless a choice it was (given the topic, I don't dislike the song)

Have you found out, or you Still Haven’t Found What I’m (you’re) Looking For. I could do some work to help, pro Bono.

So strange this would happen in October, I’m really at War with myself over it. Boy, it’s such a catchy riff Unforgettable in its Fire.
