anybody want to buy Musicmaster/Duo Sonic reproduction bridgeplate?

I need to find out how much it's going to cost to get them plated before I know how much they'll cost.
Turns out that the manufacturer used Stainless Steel instead of the regular stuff which the chrome shop said isn't a good candidate for plating. I had them polish them instead. Here's the result.

pic won't load so here it is as a link

I actually think they came out fine this way.

Is $30 plus shipping a fair amount? No screws, springs or saddles, that way you can choose your own preference.

Also if anyone wants a unpolished one so they can Darth Vader it or polish it themselves or whatever I can do for cheaper.

LOL I just assume everyone is a cheap jerk like me. The company that made them for me gave me a great rate because they were kinda of a pain in the butt about it.

I think, I think that if you stamp on some of them "Made in the US" you might attract a certain strata of players who would like to help the local manufacturers

Should we see how many island folks want them and send them over together to lessen the comedy tax impact and the distribute them from there or would that really not make a difference?

I thought about that with saying these weren’t legit Fender products too but it was too expensive. Would sharpie work.

I think for the size of the item and low value it wouldn't make any difference ? in fact a bulk order might prove more expensive....but I might well be wrong.

How do these differ from say a Toronado Bridge?

I put together a vintage parts Musicmaster year ago with the 3 tele style saddles so I remember what the vintage ones were like.

Squier FSR Sparkle Jaguar | Squier CV Mustang |1971 Fender Bronco| Baja Telecaster |

Toronado has holes for six Strat styled saddles and six in the bottom for through body stringing. These have nine holes in the back for the six strings and the three Tele style saddles.
