Love the story about Behringer sending you masses of free stuff because of your old ShortScale video

I've got a PW-2. Didn't realise they'd suddenly (?) become all r@re and desirable. You get definitely get those "loose stool" sounds out of it but there's decent sounds in it too. Not that the sound of a loose stool could never be considered decent.

The website has some fucking weird copy for this pedal. No idea what it does.
POWER OVERDRIVE PO300
Start your own sonic revolution—step on the RM600! It will save you money, and trust us—the BEHRINGER RM600 is SO MUCH lighter than a rotary speaker cabinet!

Phat Tone
The PO300 pedal’s high-octane overdrive circuit gives you big, phat overdrive tone, with the heavy low-end punch of a tube-driven 4 x 12" cabinet—just before meltdown.

So Easy to Use
The dedicated Phat dial lets you boost the low end, creating bass frequencies that hit you squarely in the chest. Meanwhile, a Power control lets you add a sweet, sparkling high end. It all adds up to gale-force tone with incredible sustain and streamlined compression. A dazzling blue LED tells you when the motor is running, while a top-quality on/off switch maintains the highest signal integrity in bypass mode. This high-performance vehicle runs on our PSU-SB DC power supply (not included) or a 9 V battery.

Agree with nickd, very happy memories of doogfest. How time has flown by.

I remember meeting Fran for the first time when we car shared to doogfest 2, the smell of wet plaster and Mansfield ale wafting into the car 😂😂 and the broadest Sutton accent I’ve ever heard.

I can remember going to music live when I was about 15-16 and buying a PW-2 brand new as the academy of sound stand were selling them off at £25 a piece. I actually really liked it, sounded better than the drives in my Korg multi-effects unit I had at the time. I noticed that JHS did a video that featured it and I’ll bet the prices will go up after that.

Great video again, love that you are doing something you love and have a natural talent for, hurb. Also, fuck gearwire!

Can we have a an octave up/destroying amps crossover episode please!?!?!!

Finally got to watch, turned into an important conversation about fauxburst finishes and dot inlays vs. dots and binding vs. blocks and binding with the Mrs.

Was she asking wtf is up with finish? ''why does it look like he found it in a lake?''

Me and octave up andy man doog kinda already collaborated earlier on. But I would be up for it again.

No, she just said she liked your striped shirt which is as good a reason as any to talk about important Jaguar features.

Although that was pre-Octave Up, so I didn't have the opportunity to ride on your coattails then

Sounds great to me; let's brainstorm for a fun concept. Hm.... Although I've sold my M9, I've got the HX Stomp which has all the M-series models on it too; maybe we could do a "3 weirdest/most-fucked toans" we can each make, using just 3 combined models or something?

This'll need to be next year tho, still have a Fredric demo to shoot!
