$11k? yikes.

i'll pay good money for a new instrument, custom build, or even a used one in decent shape.

but, even with as bad as inflation is, $10k - 30k+ you see these and other guitars going for is stupid money. it's effectively an antique at this point, like the cars they bring on flatbeds to street shows. no offense to any collectors around here, but it's not something i'd buy to play.

Like, $10k is a lot to spend on a guitar and all, but at a certain point it feels like it belongs in a museum - less beautiful less rare things sell for much more and it's kind of bothersome that some idiot with $10k could just buy this thing and destroy it.
