I won't be buying either, especially not the olive green.

I like the oxblood, black was still the best color on these I think.

Most likely will buy the olive when Amazon inevitably clearances them out at $289

I like the oxblood finish but never been hugely keen on the Cabronita look tbh.

Into the oxblood, dang. Not sure about the oxblood-gold-white combo tho.

Caught the guard looking white with lighting glare; looks pretty cool, bit more 'Harmony' like that, although maybe skating dangerously close to Jack White territory:

I ain't making a new thread. Suck it.

I got a Epiphone Les Paul II doing fuck all. If I got it setup with Mammoth Slinkies it'd be same sorta vibe as these?

No. Done that with a strat once which is even slightly longer than Gibson scale. Sure it intonated and played the same notes but it wasn’t great to play and the tension didn’t feel right. I think there’s a reason baritones usually start at 27”, that extra room really helps

Yes, it's all about string tension. The longer the scale the higher the tension, so then you can tune a couple of steps down for a thicker baritone toans. The shorter the scale the flabbier the strings and the flabbiness will only increase with tuning it down

Did this with an Epiphone Dot and some Chrome 13s but never got on with it tbh. Feel was off and had a lot of tuning issues around the lower frets even though it intonated fine at the 12th (assume it was probably a nut issue but never liked the overall sound/feel enough to try to fix it).
