NAD - Marshall Origin 20

Post by Thom »

Been massively downsizing on the guitar front in the past couple of years and today I got rid of my “last” obvious candidate - my white strat that has just been sat in a case for over a year. That’s 6 sold in the past 2 years.
I’ve been selling them on commission through one of the shops in town, but with times getting tougher that has gone up from 20% to 30%…a pretty big chunk.

Anyway, I went over to the bigger guitar shop and got a better deal on a trade in and came home with a Marshall Origin 20 head and a nano green Russian muff - happy days! Got the head in the “limited edition” cream tolex. I knew what I was getting as my Dad has the combo, but it does sound great, old school Marshall tones.

Guitar corner is looking pretty ridiculous now…certainly in my wife’s opinion!

Very nice, enjoy the amp, I love my Marshall head a lot. I really like the green Muff reissue as now I don’t have to lug around the OG boat anchor and it’s tone suck when not engaged. Cheers!

Thanks! Used the head at band practice this week and it was sounding damn fine.
