Hi Mike,

We do have a special offer right now.

It contains a: G 212 H Premier, V 30 speakers, green tolex , open back, a very good cabinet!

I only sell them loaded, so with Vintage 30 speakers as above.

This cabinet will cost: Euro 449,- including shipping to the UK.

Otherwise, you?ll have to wait another 18 weeks (delivery-time).

Please advice, we can ship immediately.

Kind regards,

Jeroen

E449 = ?295, so basically - no.

You can get a Marshall 1936AV new for ?275 which contains Vintage30's and matches my amp perfectly. Looks like for all the bustle that over here in Europe these cabs are still more expensive than the standard alternatives - what a pain.

I guess I'm getting a new/second hand 1936 - at least I know I like that cabinet as I've had one before.

I wonder if they are importing the cabs into the EU without drivers. Surely it's going to be cheaper that way instead of buying them with the Celestions are ready in and have already had some import duty applied to them.

Totally defeats the point of Avatar cabs as quality value priced cabs.

Mike had his last 2x12 cab stolen from his car, the same night Pete Doherty got arrested for being naughty in the same area..

Doh. I only just noticed it in the classifieds. I was going to buy the VC30 tomorrow and would have been tempted by the DSL. Ah well.

Don't worry about it - I'm sure you'll love the VC30 and you'll get a warranty

Yep, 297+ delivery from GAK. Not bad at all. Though I could get a AC15 for just a little more. And that is tempting.

The VC30 is packed with far more features than the AC15, which is a one trick pony with a Vox badge. Trust your instincts, young Skywalker.
