Aye, it might make more sense to just wait it out, not buy anything, and then see how I feel.

Although, looking at it another way, I have a Marshall AVT150 half-stack, which I'm very happy with, so it's not as if I'll ever need another loud amp. I may as well buy small amps that sound awesome and don't cost that much whilst there's a fashion for making them.

You can always sell the stuff you don't want/ need anymore. Amps and stuff don't tend to lose that much in value.

This is true, but on a hundred quid amp, there's not that much point. I suppose you'd be talking, what, fifty, sixty quid for either of our valve juniors. I'm careful and clever enough with my resources that I'll never need that amount of money, that badly.
