ok so the neck has to be matched to a fender strat plus from the early 90's
and we all know how thin the rosewood is on fenders.
well i was blind to facts and didnt take all of my measure ments so basically the last few draws with the spokes shaves and it would have been ready for sandy and finishing.
well guess what becuzx of that fact that i used a dual way rod instead of the standedered fender i had a deeper truss rod rout.
so basically i went thru and saw about a pin head size hole into the truss rod slot.
so i trashed it and i must start again.
i even have to remake the template cuz i didn't make a master and i scrapped the other one cuz it wasn't good enough.
you make so much progress and them
BAMMM!!!! you get set back hard!

dude mo, did you not notice what i just said dude, i gotta start all over again, the damn truss rod is double the size of a fender
finishing a neck is just like a body.
spray it with clear. a whol shit load.
and sand it back everytime.
you even spray with the frets on, then you clear the frets off witha wire scrungy.
i think im gonna post up how to take dents out of bare wood, everyone seems to think that you have to sand them out every time.
not tru, you are about to get schooled peoples. im sure that there are a few poeople that are wise to this but i just want to carify it becuz you remember the dano body, well i let the kidtry and paint it and he didn;t understand that sanding back of the laquer and thought that there was dust in the paint, then he dropped it and to fill it he used bondo.
after i told him how to steam dents.
this kid screwed up the entire body becuz he did not listen to me.
oh well. he is still paying for it.
