Swing hailey EP cover

Hey guys, we wanna know what you think about this possibly being the new Swing Hailey EP cover n maybe also as a shirt design. The title of the EP is "Battle Duck 3085 Beta".

I like it a lot but something about the duck confuses me. It's either the eyes or the cannon(?) on the side.

Battle Duck is a great name.

It's a cannon. I tried to keep it at a simple form and added extra detailed lines so it wouldn't be the focus (blank space). You hit the target on my main concern so I should think about revising that part.

i actually really fucking dig it.
it looks like an older punk vinyl that i would cut up and paste on the wall.

you could make the sleeve and what not out of seaweed and use old tires for the actualy vinyl!

Is there any reason the background is white? if not you should change it, white backgrounds are not the future.

And also cause it's different, it does have that old school 90s, made at home kind of feel. Will find recyclable paper. Sustainable design is the future!

I thought that may be the reason haha. instead of having bold full colours why don't you stripe or dot the colours like old school comics. safes ink and would be a design point?

i know there's a preset for that in paint shop, but not sure about photoshop.

look for "halftone"
