Don't know if I want to tell you!

They're all on Ishibashi U-Box, and there's two black Mustangs. £470-550. Seems bargainlicious.

Fuuuuck...the hotel I'm staying in next month is going to be a few minutes by train from Ochanomizu. I might end up coming back to England with a new shortscale at this rate.

Looks just like the guitar that hyde from L'arc~en~Ciel has, even down to the standard 6-pole Strat style pickup.

And as such, I want it. I love that band.

The black on black on black just doesn't do it for me. I saw this model in a store just a couple of days ago and it looks even less inviting when hanging next to two white/tort mustangs. Funny detail though is that it still has the "Mustang" text after the fender logo, you just have to see it from an angle to see the black text on black finish.

Not sure if it works in the UK and probably not the way to go when ordering from a store, but if you can sometimes get away paying less importing if you take of the neck, label it as "guitar parts" and lowball the value a little.

Yeah, but I don't think this overseas guitar retailer will cut corners for buyer's gain.

I have a Jaguar on its way from Ishibashi - CAR, MIJ fitted with a set of Dimarzio humbuckers (a la Cobain)... cost is £327 - shipped.

Yes, I have to pay import and VAT when it arrives - 3% of value and 20% on top of that respectively.

That's still a cheap MIJ Jag.

Lovely people to deal with too - they write/speak good English and are super professional.

Yup thats right, 23% on guitars + Parcelforce delivery, they even add VAT to the shipping cost.... Bastards

My Surf Green JM with hard case to my door step came in at £650 and it was all brand spanking new straight from the Fender Factory.
I couldn't buy it second hand for that.

Ishibashi UBox is gold.

I just got a for 47000 yen which is roughly £275. I havent seen this particular guitar in Europe for less than £850

Errrrr want that Sunburst HH Jaguar. Would have to sell White standard Jaguar though.

Gonna go Wetherspoons, mull over it and probably forget about it but it looks awesome cool.
