It would be like some kindof horror film with Mike lurking in the shadows, draining power from every source into his ever longer chain of effects and amps.

It all ends with Mike burning Gearwire central down in a haze of torn packaging and spent batteries.

Bob Mould used one, as did Randy Rhoads, I guess that gives 2 ideas about the sound it can give.

It's supposed to react to dynamics like a valve amp would. I think some of the guys at www.bossarea.com have tried them and gave positive reviews.

Those style DOD pedals aren't worth that much, the older 70's ones, (particularly the 440 Envelope Filter) are worth a fair bit (the 440 due to Greenwood).

You could probably sell it and get enough to get an amp more suited for what you want though, they had a few second hand ones in my local music shop for £600 a pop.

Yeah I started making that one and it only worked as a bypass loop, I PM'd Colin asking about it and he was less than helpful.

Yeah, I thought that too, it looks like the "fins" might get a bit in the way when stomping the footswitch down.
Mind you, if you look at the side elevation it looks fine.

That's pretty damn cool, how is she going to make it? With an injection moulder or a vacuum former?
