£400 for my 78 Musicmaster, but I think they (the black ones, at least) can be had for a better price if you're patient.

Cute! I quite like my Squier Mini Strat. Would like to have a go on one of these Smart Size jobbies from Japan, but I don't think they ever made it over here:

Don't the Villager necks curve around the soundhole at the butt? How did you sort that out?

Electric XII project?

Don't even know how compatible they are, but one of you USA boys needs to snag this Shenandoah neck, fix the binding and do an Electric XII:

I reckon with that extra length of vibrating string behind the bridge, it's more Mustang than Duo. That part does colour the sound and lots of people lock the Mustang trem anyway.

Me too. I can think of quite a few of my guitars those would look absolutely kick-ass on.

The classic Toronados were MIM and I imagine they would be again? Is there more info on this or something?
They did make a US 'special' Toronado, but yeah, most of the models were MIM.

there is a place in chippewa falls WI that will pretty much make anything out of metal. they have a badass laser cnc machince of doom and gloom, if you send them something its like 75 bucks to have it copied and programed into the system, and then after that they will make however many you want for...

Saw this one on ebay - it looks great! I'm surprised by the variety in finish on these white Broncos (and some of the late MMs) considering the models were only made for a few years and have a poly paint job - thought it was only nitro that yellowed so wildly.
